What we can do together

Professional Education

We provide training and/or talks on trauma-informed care!

Professional consult

We offer consults with other professionals (e.g., SLPs, teachers, MDs) on how to apply trauma-informed care to specific client cases and/or work environments.

Clinical Services

We now have a clinic! It’s called Courageous Communication and provides neurodivergent-affirming communication groups for pre-teens, teens, and adults as well as gender-affirming voice therapy!

The good stuff folks say about Kim’s talks:

  • “1) [Kim is] a dynamic, passionate, engaging speaker with so much to share. I look forward to attending more talks. 2) I really appreciated the emphasis of shifting to viewing ND as cultural differences. It's an important reframe to keep emphasizing."

  • “You were delightful. Clear and funny! It gave me so much more insight into supporting our neurodivergent clients and seeing them as the beautiful complex humans they are. As a neurodivergent person I am so glad that you are doing so much to teach these concepts.”

  • "I am a mental health professional (LCSW), and felt it extremely validating and relieving to consider my work situation as experiencing trauma rather than that I’m just burned out and cannot cope. "

    (talk topic: Burnout)

  • "It was so beautiful to share a safe space at a time where 'trauma informed' can feel so isolating and activating for ND people with CPTSD. Thank you. I needed this. "
